BSH: Cambodia Deal Complete, AGM Announced

Birmingham Sports Holdings have today confirmed in an announcement to the stock exchange that the major transactions to purchase property along with construction of commercial and educational facilities in Cambodia is now complete.

Hong Kong Stock Exchange

The announcement can be viewed here.

With this deal now complete Paul Suen’s shareholding in BSH drops below 50% to 45.65%, while Ever Depot, a subsidiary of Graticity Real Estate Development is now a 24.90% shareholder in the company.

In turn this means that Ever Depot, whose ultimate beneficial owner was listed in prior announcements as Cambodian citizen Vong Pech, now owns around 24% of BCFC.

At the time of writing no disclosure has been filed with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong to confirm this; nor has the shareholder breakdown the club are obliged to supply under FL regulation 108.6 been updated; although I have no doubt both will be sorted within the next few days.

Annual General Meeting Announced

BSH have also confirmed that they are to hold their AGM on Friday December 29 at 10:30am HKT.

The meeting will be held for shareholders to approve accounts for the previous year, to re-elect directors and re-confirm auditors.

As it stands all directors due for re-election are standing, and there are no surprise resolutions.

The announcement for this meeting can be viewed here.
