BCFC: Trust in Youth

The current international break has been a quiet one for Blues. The positivity generated from the recent changes at the top seem to have given fans hope not just for the remainder of this season but also that things are more likely to improve in the long term.

BCFC: Competence

Birmingham City ended a run of seven consecutive defeats with a convincing 3-0 victory over fellow strugglers Hull City. Goals from Jota (2) and Adams were enough to complete a first victory for Garry Monk while the defence held out for their first Championship clean sheet in 11 games.

One of the more interesting things to emerge for me during the managerial change at Birmingham City last week was the number of Blues fans who were unsure as to who could actually make the decision to remove Steve Cotterill. With this in mind, I’ve put together this article outlining the Birmingham City board in full to try to offer a better insight into just who wields the power.

BCFC: The Broken Axis

A while back on this website I termed three members of the “inner circle” the axis of incompetence for the way I felt that they were running affairs at the club. I’m given to understand that the axis has lost two members with both Darren Dein and Jeff Vetere losing their influence on the club.
