Trillion Trophy Asia Ltd is a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and is wholly owned by Wealthy Associates International Ltd, a company also incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, which in turn is owned 100% by Paul Suen Cho Hung.
Although at one point TTA owned over 60% of Birmingham Sports Holdings, their shareholding has reduced to just 28.12% as of January 2021. TTA also owns 0.21% of Birmingham City PLC directly.
As it stands, TTA have the second largest stake in Birmingham City behind Oriental Rainbow Investments.
